On the 3rd of July, after 19 years of serving, educating and empowering, our Founder-CEO, Teacher Raj Ridvan Singh, and Managing Director of SOLS smart, Mr Tim Spijker, were blessed with the opportunity to share our vision of transforming Malaysia’s English proficiency with YAB Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad. The meeting was held at Pejabat Perdana Menteri Putrajaya.
We shared with YAB Tun Mahathir our vision of transforming English proficiency and digital literacy of public schools throughout Malaysia. Furthermore, we were joined by Dato Seri Tan Sri Vincent Tan, who has been an avid supporter of our programmes for years.
We presented our ideas and shared the English study books that will be used to improve proficiency throughout Malaysia. It was such an honour to have the Prime Minister of Malaysia sign our book! The team who worked on it are extremely proud!
Overall, this was an amazing opportunity for the team at English Movement. It was truly humbling to be in the presence of the world’s greatest statesman. We look forward to positive guidance and advice from our Prime Minister to continue improving English proficiency in Malaysia!
